Keld R. Wenge is a graduate of the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America where he received his J.D. in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Wenge served as editor of CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications Law and Policy. He was a 2011 participant in the Columbus Community Legal Services program, which was ranked #17 nationally among clinical programs. Mr. Wenge joined Pond Lehocky Giordano in June 2013 where he dedicates his practice to Workers’ Compensation matters and serving injured workers in Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Pond Lehocky, he practiced at a regional trial firm and represented the interests of injured Pennsylvania plaintiffs in state and federal major jury and arbitrational claims, including, but not limited to, construction site accidents, industrial accidents, OSHA violations, insurance bad faith, products liability, premises liability, workers’ compensation and Social Security disability matters. After joining Pond Lehocky, Mr. Wenge co-authored an article with Samuel Pond that was published in the Legal Intelligencer titled “A Subrogation Setback Provides a Framework for Lien Waivers.” He has presented to Temple University Legal Society’s law students on various occasions regarding the practice of law. Judge McGing served as a Supervising Judge in the Law Division in the Circuit Court of Cook County where all personal injury cases are heard. He consistently received accolades from attorneys and litigants who appeared before him. While a Judge, he presided in the Jury Section in cases primarily consisting of medical negligence trials and also presiding over wrongful death, construction accidents, asbestos, auto, motorcycle and pedestrian accidents, premises liability and slip and fall cases as well as many other personal injury matters. Judge McGing was one of five judges regularly chosen by attorneys and litigants to hear complex, medical negligence matters by agreement of the parties. Charlie Henke is the founding partner of Henke Law Firm, LLP, the predecessor to Henke, Williams & Boll, LLP. The firm was founded in 1992. His practice focuses on the prosecution and defense of commercial and contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, business tort claims, and probate litigation. He then attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville where he earned his Juris Doctor. While at Law School, he was elected President of the University of Arkansas Law School Student Bar Association and as student representative to the American Bar Association.After graduating from Law School, Tim took the Arkansas and Texas Bars simultaneously, passing both. He began working as an associate for the Law Firm of Patchen & Mitchan in Houston, Texas. In 2000, he returned to Northwest Arkansas and has been practicing in Fayetteville. Shane M. Boasberg was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and moved to the Lone Star State to attend The University of Texas in Austin, TX. After receiving undergraduate degrees in Government and Business from the University of Texas in Austin, TX; Mr. Boasberg attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, TX. While attending law school, Shane worked as a law clerk for the prestigious law firm of Gallagher, Lewis, Downey, and Kim. During this time, he gained experience in legal and appellate research and writing and trial preparation working on the largest commercial litigation civil settlements recorded in United States jurisprudence history. Shane graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2002 and immediately made an impact in the legal field. He began his career at Heard, Robins, Cloud, Lubel, and Greenwood LLP in Houston, and in 2003, he returned to Austin, TX, to serve as General Counsel to the Honorable Senator Mario Gallegos at the Texas Senate. In this role, Shane’s legal acumen and drafting skills were put to the test as he provided legal advice, prepared opinions, bill analyses, briefs, and drafted bills and amendments for legislative consideration, serving the citizens of Texas with distinction. Following his tenure with Senator Gallegos, Shane worked for the Texas Office of the Attorney General-Greg Abbott where he worked on a variety of legal and political issues. Shane represented TxDOT in litigating and resolving contractual, construction, licensing, and engineering disputes in the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH). Shane gained valuable experience at the TX-OAG where he was able to learn and work on various legal and political issues, including but not limited to, transportation law, employment law, environmental law, and eminent domain law. While working for the Texas Attorney General, Shane also served as the Legislative Liaison between the Texas Attorney General – Transportation Division and the Texas Legislature. Attorney Shaun Hodge has handled both state and federal cases throughout the State of Texas and the United States. Jack E. "Bobby" Truitt was born in Texas, but raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. After graduating from Jesuit High School of New Orleans, he attended Louisiana State University where he obtained a business administration degree with a minor in political science. He then obtained his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law and has been licensed in Louisiana and Texas since. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State and Federal District and Appellate Courts and has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court as well. Mr. Truitt began his practice with a small defense firm that practiced primarily admiralty, worker's compensation, and general casualty litigation. However, he soon joined a larger insurance defense firm in Metairie, Louisiana where he began trying many cases on behalf of major national clients such as Kmart, Cox Cable, Tonti Properties, and Walgreens; there, he obtained numerous "zero verdicts" in bench and jury trials. Mr. Truitt soon became a partner in this firm, but was dissatisfied with the "big firm" mentality, so he formed his own firm with two assistant district attorneys, who thereafter returned to practicing criminal law on a full-time basis. The Truitt Law Firm continued with the association of Jack E. Truitt, Bobby's father, who has since passed, and others. The firm continues to represent major national clients successfully at the trial and appellate levels. The firm has significant experience in the areas of pharmaceutical defense, automobile litigation, premises liability, construction litigation, worker's compensation, business litigation, and criminal defense. Mr. Truitt has been a presenter at many continuing education seminars for other lawyers, paralegals, and claims professionals. Rob Kornfeld has been practicing personal injury law for more than 38 years and he is licensed to practice law in Washington, New York, and Arizona. He graduated from the University of Vermont (UVM) in 1976 with college honors in the area of European Studies. Because he’d been raised in a medical family, Rob started out in pre-med at UVM, and despite a strong interest in medicine, the study of law turned out to be his true calling. Rob’s medical interest ultimately led him to focus his practice on helping the injured and those who have been victims of tortious conduct by others. He attended law school at Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA and graduated in 1979.
