A seventh-generation Philadelphian, Attorney Quincy E. Booth has a tremendous amount of care and resolve towards helping people from the local community and beyond in need of legal help and representation. Quincy E. Booth is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts where he maintains active memberships with the Barristers, American Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also admitted to practice before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania federal court. A consummate supporter of his local community, Mr. Booth has been an Assistant Troop Leader for Boy Scout Troop 133 at the African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas in Philadelphia, and currently serves as both the Vice President and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Camden Center for Youth Development in Camden, NJ. Mr. Booth has and continues to represent victims of personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits arising from unsafe/ defective products, automobile accidents, construction injuries and other workplace accidents, and medical malpractice. She has worked for such law firms as Thayer Harvey Gregerson Hedberg & Jackson along with Curtis & Arata prior to becoming the managing partner with Arata Swingle Van Egmond & Goodwin. In addition to her legal experience, she is currently active in different associations such as Association of Defense Council, Stanislaus County Bar Association and the Children's Crisis Center. Colleen Van Egmond graduated from the McGeorge School of Law with an honors in taxation and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005. In addition to her legal degree, Ms. Van Egmond has a B.S. in Managerial Economics and a A.S. in Agriculture Business.

Born and raised in Western New York, attorney Thomas Kotrys graduated from Niagara-Wheatfield Senior High School. Tom went on to complete his undergraduate degree at the State University at New York College at Brockport. Tom went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. While at the University at Buffalo, Tom chose to focus his studies on client advocacy and litigation. Tom competed on the School’s Trial Team, where he began to hone his trial skills under the tutelage of some of the area’s top attorneys and judges. Tom has dedicated his career to helping those injured by the negligence of others. Tom concentrates his practice on all areas of personal injury, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability matters. Justine grew up in the small farming town of Woodland, California. She stayed in the area for college, graduating from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in Anthropology in 2013. In addition to scholarships and grants, Justine funded her undergraduate education with her job as a student bus driver. After graduating, Justine attended the University of Kansas School of Law on a full-tuition scholarship. While in law school, Justine excelled academically – earning election into the Order of the Coif, the 2016-2017 Robert E. Edmunds Prize in Corporation and Securities Law, the CALI Award in Secured Transactions for Spring 2017, and the CALI Award in Trusts and Estates for Spring 2017. Justine also participated in the 2017 Transactional LawMeet, in which her team won the Midwest Regionals, advanced to the National Finals, and won the National Best Draft Award. She also served as a Publications Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy and as a research assistant for J.B. Smith Distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law, Richard E. Levy. In addition to her academic pursuits, Justine worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable James. P. O’Hara, United States District Court, District of Kansas, and as an elder law intern with Kansas Legal Services. She also worked as a summer law clerk for Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Inc. and a general practice law firm in Lawrence, Kansas. Justine moved to the Tri-Cities shortly after law school graduation, joining her husband who works for the railroad. She joined Leavy Schultz Davis, P.S. in the fall of 2017 as a litigation associate after successfully passing the Washington State Bar Exam.

Mr. Reynolds was educated at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA, where he graduated with honors before attending law school at Columbia University in New York, one of the highest ranked programs in the country. After graduating law school, Mr. Reynolds went on to practice at some of the world's most prestigious international law firms including Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney (Pittsburgh), Dechert (Philadelphia), and most recently King & Spalding (Atlanta). His experience at these firms provided him with invaluable insight and deal flows totaling over $3 Billion dollars worth of transaction experience. In addition to his background in corporate law, Mr. Reynolds has also had the privilege of working with one of the most successful brands in the entertainment business, Universal Music Group, where he had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the music and film industry as a label executive of Global Icon Media, and distribution partner of Universal Music Group. Aaron was born in Phoenix, Arizona, but grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force just weeks after 9/11, serving as both a flight medic and a police officer. While deployed several times, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Phoenix. Following his military service, Aaron worked as a federal officer for the Department of Homeland Security. He led and managed multiple large teams responding to disasters and civil unrest across the United States. During this time, he witnessed the destruction caused by natural disasters firsthand. Aaron later earned a Master of Arts in Homeland Security from Regis University.

Born and raised in Northern California, Mona Deldar obtained her Bachelor’s degree with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley. After an internship at a personal injury law firm, Ms. Deldar was inspired to apply to law school. She attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where she was a member of the Maritime Law Journal. She received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2003. Ms. Deldar’s practice is dedicated to representing injured plaintiffs in a broad range of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.
