Mr. Straile earned an LL.M (advanced law degree) from the University of Florida in tax law, a J.D. from St. Thomas University and a B.S. from Lambuth University . Prior to entering the legal field Mr. Straile provided financial services and advice at Banker's Life & Casualty and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Straile spent two years between the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami and the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office in Ft. Lauderdale . While in Law school Mr. Straile was active in trial competitions, and coached the St. Thomas Trial Team. Volunteer work includes the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Straile served as an organizer of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and a liaison between the program and the Internal Revenue Service. For the Boy Scouts Mr. Straile taught merit badges, served as quartermaster, and assistant scout master. Mr. Straile is an Eagle Scout.

JoHanna was born in Colorado and completed her undergraduate work at Colorado State University with a B.S. in finance. She completed law school at the University of North Dakota. After law school, JoHanna moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico. She received a PhD in Economics which focused on the development of a stabilized international digital currency that transcends exchange rates. JoHanna’s career has covered legal work, national and international product development and market analysis and many other facets of business and ecommerce. JoHanna has also served on state and national technology boards as an attorney and advisor.

My passion for helping people started in childhood when I traveled with my father, a country doctor, to visit ill and elderly patients. Unknowing to my father, his care and attention to the needs of patients taught me how to help my clients. I have been married for over 30 years. My life-long hobby is magic. I am a Magician Member of the Academy of Magical Arts at the Magic Castle in Hollywood, California. I enjoy performing magic several times a year at the close-up tables located throughout the Magic Castle. I graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (January 1996), Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, fifth in my class of over 200. My undergraduate degrees are from Regis College (May 1986), Cum Laude, with a double bachelors in Accounting and Business Administration. My professional licenses are Certified Public Accountant (Nevada 1990); Attorney at Law, Nevada (1996) and Colorado (1997). I am also a Bar Member of the United States Supreme Court and Tax Court. Kelly Forst has been an attorney in New York since 2000. Since that time, she has helped hundreds of clients navigate their separations and marriage dissolutions, and has also represented hundreds of children in divorce, custody and other matters. Over the last two decades, her practice's core principles in family law have been peacemaking and problem solving. She was the Chair of the Family Law Section of the Monroe County Bar Association (MCBA) from 2012–2014 and has served on numerous Boards and Committees of various professional organizations, including the MCBA, CLARA (Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area) and the New York Chapter of AFCC (Association of Family & Conciliation Courts). Mr. Falcone has extensive knowledge in estate planning for families of all ages and all income levels, Medicaid Asset Protection for seniors, Special Needs planning for disabled individuals, and Guardianships for incapacitated people. He is well-versed in the preparation and submission of Medicaid applications for both nursing home care and community-based home care all over New York State.
