Andrea M. Johnson was born in the metro-Atlanta area. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Political Science from Columbus State University and later attended Mercer University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate. Since graduating from law school, Attorney Johnson has been practicing in the area of family law. She has tried divorce and modification actions all over the metropolitan Atlanta area as well as around the entire state of Georgia . While she is no stranger to the courtroom, Attorney Johnson represents each client individually and has had great success in settling cases outside of the courtroom to the satisfaction of many clients. Over the recent years, Ms. Johnson has also been appointed in several counties to serve as a guardian ad litem in highly contested custody matters. She finds serving the best interests of a child to be very fulfilling both professionally and personally. Additionally, Ms. Johnson is an appointed Child Advocate Lawyer for the Jackson County Juvenile Court and regularly serves the children of that county who have been remove from their homes and need their voices to be heard. Additionally, Ms. Johnson's estate planning practice is designed to help clients customize their estate plans according to individual needs. Whether that includes preserving a child's inheritance after a divorce or ensuring that your healthcare wishes are met, Ms. Johnson recognizes that estate planning is not a one-size-fits-all practice and she focuses on individualization for each client based on their needs. Her first job in the legal field was during her law school years when she clerked for an insurance defense firm. She quickly became familiar with excuses and loop holes used by insurance companies to avoid payment. Following graduation from law school, she went to work for a small firm with a personal injury practice. Her knowledge of insurance defense was of great value to the firm as she transitioned to Plaintiff's work. Ms. Johnson's personal injury work is focused on motor vehicle accidents. Ms. Johnson has worked in small boutique firms and she served for over eight years with a large international firm. Over the years, she has come to learn that it is not the size of the firm, but the quality of representation that counts. That is why she focuses to make her clients her number one priority!! Attorney Johnson has been appointed to serve as a mentor for new attorneys through the Georgia State Bar Association. Attorney Johnson focuses on ethical representation and is committed to honesty and integrity with each client she represents. Ms. Johnson has office space in Lawrenceville, Cumming, and the Cobb Galleria area.

I received my J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and graduated summa cum laude with my Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. I am a member of the New York State Bar Association and teach courses in bankruptcy law and civil litigation at South University. My most recent publication was for Bloomberg BNA entitled, "Income Tax Refunds and Bankruptcy."

Andrew F. Ruder earned a B.S. degree from Towson University in 2007 and went on to receive his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in Camden in May of 2012. While in law school, Andrew was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal. His comment, “The Use of Risk Assessment Tools in Formulating Individualized Sentencing Programs,” will be published in the next volume. Additionally, Andrew participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistant Project. In the summer of 2010, Andrew interned with the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and also with the Honorable Shelley Robins New in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Andrew served as a law clerk for a small firm in New Jersey as well as for a mediation company under Judge James D. Clyne. He joined Pond Lehocky in September 2012 to practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation. Andrew is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Tech2Educate, a non-profit that raises money to provide new technology to charter schools in the Philadelphia area. Most recently, he co-authored an article with Samuel H. Pond entitled “AMA’s Approach to Impairment Rating Evaluations is Unconstitutional” published in The Legal Intelligencer. Andrew was also featured as a contributing writer in the Spring 2013 edition of New Jersey Chiropractor, a quarterly publication distributed by the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors.

Mr. Klipstein concentrates in two areas of the law: 1. Trusts and Estates, Estate Planning, Wills, Estate Administration, and Estate, Gift and Income Tax matters related to estates and trusts; 2. Immigration and Naturalization. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1960 and is admitted to the Bars of the U.S. Supreme Court, United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Klipstein received an A.B. Degree from Columbia College in 1957, his J.D. Degree from Columbia Law School in 1960 (where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar), and an LLM in Taxation from the New York University Law School, Graduate Division in 1965. He is a member of the American Bar Association, N.Y. State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York County Lawyers Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Judges Association, and the Westchester County Bar Association. He has been or is a member or Chairman of various committees at these Bar Associations for may years. Mr. Klipstein contributed to Drafting New York Wills, Law and Forms, published by Matthew Bender (Lexis). He has also been an Arbitrator in the Small Claims Part of N.Y. City Civil Court (N.Y. County) since 1971.

Prior to joining Hepworth & Murray in 2016, Tyler worked in the Office of General Counsel – International for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he worked on a variety of legal matters ranging from income tax issues, immigration, real estate transactions, and employment matters. Although he enjoyed the comforts of corporate life, Tyler’s real passion is advocacy, whether in the courtroom or the across the negotiation table. Tyler earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he received high marks in trial advocacy and was known around school for being a bit of trial junky. While in law school he worked in the public defender’s office as a court-certified law student where he represented three criminal defendants in jury trials before he even graduated. Also during law school, he received expert training in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the nationally ranked Oregon ADR Center. Born and raised in Davis County, Tyler takes advantage of all that Utah has to offer from the great culture and entertainment found in our cities to the amazing outdoor recreation that is only an hour or so away. In his free time, Tyler enjoys being active in his community and spending time with family.
