Mark Andersen is the managing partner of ANDERSEN PLLC. Mark established ANDERSEN PLLC in December 2013 with a vision: (1) to serve families and provide support during times of transition or death of a loved one, (2) to improve the quality of life of those who are no longer able to provide for their own needs, (3) to create order in the estate plans of individuals and to observe their intent, and (4) to promote the visions of other small business owners. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Arizona State University in 1999. In a prior career in public accounting that began in 1999, Mark audited large and small businesses, and provided due diligence with regard to purchases of other businesses. He worked as a staff auditor for Ernst & Young in Phoenix for two years, and passed the CPA exam in November of 2000. Vinny Iyer has always had a desire to learn a variety of different subjects, and has always had a passion for justice; both of these traits led him to the practice of law.
