For Mr. Mattingly, there is nothing more satisfying than helping others in need. After obtaining his degree from Undergraduate Catholic University in 1984, he attended law school at the University of Maryland to further his education. After graduating from law school in 1987, he established his own practice, and has had the honor of providing you with top-rated legal services for the past 25 years.

Anthony P. Sgro is a partner and founding member of Sgro & Roger, LLC. After attending the University of San Diego for both his undergraduate education and law school, Mr. Sgro returned to Las Vegas and began practicing primarily in the area of criminal defense. In short order, he became a “death qualified” attorney and focused on defending those charged with capital murder offenses. ​ After trying numerous cases, Mr. Sgro used his unique trial experience to branch out into other areas of law, including personal injury, entertainment, and business law. Remarkably, he found his trial skill set transferred to those areas as well. Since the beginning of his career, Mr. Sgro has tried over 125 jury trials in both the civil and criminal arena. Most notably, as trial counsel, Mr. Sgro secured numerous acquittals in criminal cases including acquittals in extortion cases, drug cases, sexual assault cases and murder cases. He has been awarded millions of dollars by way of jury verdicts in medical malpractice cases and in personal injury cases. He also secured the largest slip and fall personal injury verdict to be awarded against Walgreens corporation, as well as a real estate trial verdict in excess of $55 million. Notably, that same trial experience allowed him to resolve the largest settlement for a single plaintiff personal injury case in Nevada history, which exceeded $30 million. ​ Several years ago, Mr. Sgro once again expanded his practice and business interests. He had the privilege of representing, and routing Prince’s 2013 West Coast tour, which spanned 13 U.S. cities. Most recently, his legal experience has allowed him to participate in the gaming arena, including both local and overseas gaming operations. ​ Years ago, Mr. Sgro teamed up with long time friend David Roger to create the firm that exists today. Mr. Roger is the former District Attorney for all of Clark County, Nevada, and he served in that capacity for approximately 25 years.

Emmanuel E. Edem is a partner in the Oklahoma City law firm of Norman & Edem, PLLC. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University. He is listed in “Best Lawyers in America”. Mr. Edem has been listed as an Oklahoma “Super Lawyer” every year since the inception of the ranking. He is also rated AV – the highest rating of a lawyer given by the peer-reviewed Martindale reviewing system. During law school, Mr. Edem was the case comment editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review and a member of the National Moot Court Team. He received the Duane Box Faculty Award for his outstanding work as a student advocate. In 1989, Oklahoma City University recognized Mr. Edem as a Distinguished Law Alumnus. The university conferred on him an honorary doctor of laws degree. He currently serves as a member of the university’s board of trustees and chair of the law school’s executive board. Mr. Edem has provided extensive service to the legal profession. In 1995, he served as president of the Oklahoma Association For Justice (formerly known as the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association). From 1996 to 2000, he chaired the Oklahoma Bar Association Committee on Law Schools. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Master of the William J. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Court. He serves on the Oklahoma Supreme Court Standing Committee on Uniform Jury Instructions. He was named an Oklahoma Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Mr. Edem is a sustaining member of the American Association For Justice (formerly known as the Association Of Trial Lawyers Of America) and has served as a faculty member at the National College of Advocacy and the Ultimate Trial College at Harvard Law School. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma City University School of Law. He is a past president of the Civil Justice Foundation and a trustee of the Roscoe Pound Foundation. In 1998, Mr. Edem was one of the few lawyers in the United States selected to participate in the American Bar Association’s Presidential Showcase Program, the “The Trial of the Century-The Sinking of the Titanic,” which took place at the Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Edem’s practice is limited to serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, products liability, medical malpractice, and general civil litigation. Mr. Edem is also involved, on a national basis, in cases arising out of the subprime mortgage crisis, and the securitization of mortgage loans by the financial industry.

Eric Krupp completed his undergraduate education at Butler University with a B.A. in Telecommunications and a minor in Business Administration. He was awarded his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana. Upon successful completion of the bar exam in 2003, he began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney with the Marion County Public Defender Agency. For 15 years he was a zealous advocate for individuals in Marion County who were deemed to be indigent by the Courts. He represented clients accused of a misdemeanor, low level, and major felony crimes. For more than a decade he concentrated his practice at the agency in the defense of those accused of major felony drug crimes. During the last 2 years of his employment at the agency, he was the supervising attorney in the major felony drug and gun court. He tried numerous cases to both the Court and jury during his employment at the agency. Beginning in 2005, Eric also began engaging in the private practice of law, focusing on criminal defense. He has handled hundreds of matters over the years for individuals accused of traffic infractions, misdemeanors, felonies, and murder. He has traveled across the state of Indiana on behalf of individuals who need representation in matters that can affect their livelihood and freedom.

W. F. "Dub" Hornsby, III, is a lifetime resident of Biloxi. A graduate of Mercy Cross High School, Mississippi State University and the University of Mississippi School of Law. Dub lives in Biloxi with his wife Courtney. Dub is an officer in the Mississippi National Guard as a Judge Advocate. Lee Steinberg graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After Wayne State University, he taught in the Detroit School System while attending night school at the Detroit College of Law. After graduating from the Detroit College of Law, he worked for personal injury firms before opening his own law practice. Lee has obtained substantial jury verdicts and awards against local and national defendants, including British Petroleum, the City of Detroit, trucking companies, and large retailers. Mr. Steinberg has tried cases to verdict throughout Michigan, including auto accidents, truck accidents, commercial truck crashes, slips and fall incidents, medical malpractice, and civil rights violations. He also tried cases in Texas, obtaining the first medical malpractice verdict in San Angelo, Texas.
