Practicing for nearly twenty years in the areas of business law, estate planning, and tax law, Chris has worked with small business owners and start-ups to large corporations to solve problems involving legal and tax structuring and operational issues that may derail their success. Hurricane Katrina slammed into New Orleans forcing the evacuation of my family. Initially we moved to rural Georgia, then to Minnesota and finally to the Pacific Northwest. After undergoing my own divorce and multiple relocations due to Hurricane Katrina, I truly understood what it meant to put the “best interest of the kids” ahead of my own, I decided to focus my practice on family law and serving as a Guardian ad Litem advocating for children's best interest in high-conflict divorce and dependency matters. Martin Stephen Sir hails from Fayetteville, Tennessee. He attended American University where he graduated with honors before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1979. A few years after his graduation from law school, Martin was elected to the Tennessee House of Representatives. Martin's foundation of faith and family values inspires him to fight for justice. He has a reputation for standing up for what he believes in. Because Martin's strong conviction becomes so apparent to his clients, he regularly finishes a case with his client feeling satisfied, supported, and heard. In addition to practicing law, Martin Sir was the past president of his congregation. He enjoys writing and public speaking. Martin also enjoys spending his free time outside and being active; he frequently hikes and practices yoga. Martin is happily married and has two daughters. Since 1995, I have assisted people across the state of Kentucky and throughout the United States who have been injured and need guidance because of a variety of unfortunate circumstances. I have had the privilege to represent individuals and families, injured or killed due to dangerous products such as farm implements, coal mining machinery, elevators and firearms. I have litigated medical malpractice cases involving dental extractions, gallbladder removal, diabetic management, orthopedic surgery and emergency treatment and diagnosis of post surgical complications. I have represented clients suffering from chemical exposures including anhydrous ammonia and coal dust. I have concluded cases involving pharmaceutical mistakes involving errors with prescription medications, infusions, vaccination injury and intravenous administration. Finally, I have tried, mediated and settled hundreds of cases resulting from trucking wrecks, bus wrecks and car wrecks. The list below contains some of my career highlights. Richard Neuworth has been handling personal injury and employment and employee benefit litigation for 35 years. He has extensive experience in employee benefit, discrimination, harassment, personal injury, workers compensation and Social Security disability cases, successfully representing individuals and groups of employees in significant employment disputes. He has been an adjunct lecturer on both employment law and Social Security disability as part of the Elder Law course at the University of Maryland Law School from 2005 to the present. Richard’s publications include course materials sponsored by the Maryland Institute of Continuing Professional Legal Education for Lawyers (MICPEL) on the subjects of Employment Law and Social Security Disability. His materials on ERISA and Medicare liens were also part of programs sponsored by the Maryland Association of Justice. He has published articles in the Maryland State Bar Association, “Trial Magazine” and the “Trial Reporter’ of the Maryland Association of Justice on topics that include the Medicare Secondary Payer Act and the Private Cause of Action, Employee Termination under the False Claims Act, ERISA Liens and Personal Injury Actions, Medicare, Medicare Secondary Payer Act and Private Cause of Actions, Sexual Harassment, ERISA and Personal Injury Actions.

Margaret Moses Branch is married to Turner W. Branch, senior partner of the Branch Law Firm. Ms. Branch is the managing partner. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and International Women’s Forum, named Woman of the Year in 1995. She serves on the Board of Directors of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Center for Civic Values (Interest on Legal Trust Accounts). She was Chair of the Association of Trial Lawyers Women’s Law Caucus (5,000 members) and was founding President of the New Mexico Women’s Bar Association. She has been a frequent lecturer on Continuing Legal Education programs for attorneys. Ms. Branch has served as Vice-Chair of the Association of Trial Lawyers of the America Tobacco Litigation Group. In her practice, Margaret Moses Branch has been particularly interested in women’s health issues. She has served on the Executive Committee of the Failure to Diagnose Breast Cancer ATLA Litigation Group. She was moderator for the National College of Advocacy, Medical-Legal Update Seminar, for the section entitled “Medicine and the Law: Special Issues Facing Women.” Ms. Branch served as a moderator of the ATLA National College of Advocacy, “Litigating Women’s Health Issues”. She has served as counsel in cases that involved failure to diagnose breast cancer, colon cancer, uterine cancer, pancreatitis, leukoplakia, peritonitis, appendicitis, compartment syndrome, aneurysms, pneumonia, meningitis, abruptio placenta, kernicterus, and other illnesses and diseases. She has been involved in cases that addressed issues of surgical negligence, i.e., laminectomies, cholecystectomies, colonoscopies, hernia repairs, and hip replacements. Additionally, she has been involved in cases that dealt with obstetrical issues, i.e., failure to perform timely Caesarean sections, inappropriate radiological procedures, unnecessary hysterectomies, and incomplete abortions.
