Bill Pemerton earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University in 2000 and was awarded his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 2005. Keith Edmiston has been practicing law since 1997. His practice of almost 30 years has focused on bankruptcy law and civil and commercial litigation. Keith's bankruptcy practice includes the representation of individuals and businesses l as debtors in cases under Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13, and the representation of creditors and trustees in cases Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases. Matthew is a proud native-born Tennessean and the third generation to live on my family’s farm. His roots trace back to his ancestor and the first governor of the state of Tennessee, John Sevier. While at the University of Tennessee College of Law, Matthew concentrated his studies on advocacy and dispute resolution. Prior to law school, he worked as an agent with Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee.
