Bill Pemerton earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University in 2000 and was awarded his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 2005. Keith Edmiston has been practicing law since 1997. His practice of almost 30 years has focused on bankruptcy law and civil and commercial litigation.
