A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Mr. Haskins graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and interned with the South Carolina House of Representatives, the South Carolina Senate, and worked as a Special Assistant in the Public Affairs Division for the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General. Mr. Haskins then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. At Florida Coastal, he was Parliamentarian of the Student Bar Association Legislature and Chief Justice of the Honor Court. Having graduated Florida Coastal in two and one-half years, Mr. Haskins passed the Alaska Bar Examination and became a Member of the Alaska Bar Association. Trevor grew up in farm country on the Eastern Shore of Maryland where he spent his youth sailing on the Chesapeake Bay. Trevor is a 2007 graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park, where he graduated with a degree in engineering. While in college, Trevor was the captain of the UMD sailing team as well as a delegate to the Inter-collegiate Sailing Association. After his tenure at the University of Maryland, Trevor attended law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he participated in mock trials as well as the intellectual property law society. In 2010, Trevor graduated from law school and met and married his delightful wife, Crystal, and decided to make South Carolina his new home. Trevor began his legal career at Nexsen Pruet, LLC, one of the largest litigation law firms in South Carolina. While at Nexsen Pruet, Trevor worked on a variety of hospital, pharmaceutical, state/federal government compliance, and intellectual property lawsuits. Trevor has spent the last 10 years working on civil litigation matters of nearly all variety from premises liability and medical malpractice to products liability and real estate litigation. Patrick was born and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and is a partner at the law firm of Anderson & Moore. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina. Following college, Patrick worked in the real estate, advertising, and marketing fields before starting law school at the Charleston School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. After sitting for the bar exam he moved back home to Spartanburg to begin a Judicial Clerkship with Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge J. Mark Hayes. Upon completing his Judicial Clerkship for Judge Hayes, Patrick began work as an Assistant Solicitor for former Seventh Circuit Solicitor Trey Gowdy. Patrick’s initial case load focused on General Crimes, with cases ranging broadly from forgery and property crimes to Assault and Battery with Intent to Kill. Following the General Crimes case load, Patrick became the DUI prosecutor for the Seventh Judicial Circuit, which includes Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties. He was the DUI prosecutor for 3 years, and was responsible for both Magistrate level and Circuit Court level DUI charges. His case load ranged from DUI and Felony DUI to Failure to Stop for Blue Light and Habitual Traffic Offender. Patrick left the Solicitors Office in 2011 to go into private practice. He devotes the majority of his practice to defending clients charged with DUI, Felony DUI, Drug charges, and all criminal offenses, as well as representing clients on divorce and custody matters. David grew up in Greenville and has seen our city grow exponentially. He is very proud to call Greenville his home. He is the founder of the Greene Law Firm and has been practicing law for over 45 years. He graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in physics and continued that discipline at Florida State University where he earned his M. S. and Ph. D. degrees in Experimental Molecular Physics. He then obtained his J. D. degree in law, also from FSU and was admitted to the State Bar in 1977. In 1984 David opened his own practice and, since 1995, has specialized in the Tax Problem Resolution field. Jarrunis L. Yates (J.R.) grew up in Rock Hill, SC and graduated from Westminster Catawba. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in secondary education from Clemson University. He received his Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law. While attending Howard University, J.R. was selected for the criminal justice clinic, which was tasked with representing indigent defendants in Washington, DC charged with felonies and misdemeanors. J.R. received a direct commission as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force Reserve in March 2011. In his reserve capacity, Major Yates is a Staff Judge Advocate. J.R. is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Courts of South Carolina and Alabama, the United States District Courts of South Carolina and Middle District of Alabama, the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the Air Force Court of Appeals. He has been a social security disability lawyer for over 10 years.
