Fee: My services are available on a contingency fee basis, which essentially means there is no fee if we don't win. We wait until there is a recovery (which can take a long time) until we are entitled to a fee. The fee is a percentage of the recovery and that percentage is negotiable, however 1/3 is industry standard. The upside of this is that you get the benefits of representation while never having to come out of pocket to pay for it.
