We represented an estate in a probate matter with 17 heirs who had inherited a property that had been wrongfully taken from their deceased family member by fraud. The property was a part of a huge fraud case that was being prosecuted by the Department of Justice's Attorney General. By representing the Petitioner in the civil case and initiating a probate case we were able to successfully get the property back in the decedent's estate so that it could be sold and the funds distributed to the rightful heirs.
