Wanting to consider both the criminal and civil sides of the docket, in the summer of 1989, Shiree held a law clerk position at the Cameron County District Attorneys office as well as at the insurance defense firm of Adams & Graham, L.L.P.  That summer and a year before the completion of her final year of law school, Shiree was offered and accepted an associate attorney position with Adams & Graham, L.L.P.   In 1990 after receiving her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's Law School, she returned to the Valley to honor her agreement with Adams & Graham, L.L.P. where she remained until 1992. Thereafter she joined the Law office Of Mark A. Cantu, P.C. While there and for the next 10 years Shiree immersed herself in the pursuit of justice for under-privileged families and individuals whom had suffered catastrophic injury and/or death.  In 2002, Shiree went into private practice, and in 2003 formed Salinas & Sahadi, L.L.P. where she remained a partner until 2008. In September 2008, Shiree joined Kittleman, Thomas and Gonzales, L.L.P.

Though Shiree has provided services in multiple areas of the law, she chose to concentrate in the areas of Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Injury and Products Liability.  Since joining Kittleman, Thomas and Gonzales, L.L.P., Shiree has expanded her practice to include complex commercial litigation.

Shiree has successfully litigated against numerous industry giants including Union Carbide, General Electric, A.O. Smith, Daimler Chrysler Corporation, First Alert, and Stanley-Bostitch,  as well as others, resulting in recoveries in excess of 50 million dollars.
