About Simon
Mr. Nadler is a shareholder in the Corporate Department, focusing his practice on corporate and business law matters and related securities issues. Mr. Nadler counsels boards of directors and senior executives regarding a wide variety of general corporate matters, and has worked extensively on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital/angel investor financings, commercial loan transactions, and public and private securities offerings. In addition, he regularly negotiates and drafts intellectual property licensing and distribution agreements, software development agreements and employment agreements. He also has significant experience in working with start-up companies, including forming and structuring those companies, preparing bonus and stock option plans, as well as resolving disputes among partners.
Mr. Nadler is a member of the Business Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, and is a member of the Business Law and Science and Technology Law Sections of the American Bar Association. He has lectured to various groups on business transactions, the formation and organization of companies and general corporate matters affecting the day-to-day business operations of companies.
