Jefferson M. Allen works primarily on business litigation (including shareholder/partner disputes, business torts, and employee non-compete litigation), construction and real estate litigation (including negligent/defective construction and mold claims), and creditors’ rights/bankruptcy matters. Mr. Allen also has significant litigation experience involving consumer law issues and consumer protection statutes, including the Federal Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Georgia Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Jeff has developed a broad and wide-ranging general commercial litigation practice representing clients in State and Federal Court, as well as private arbitration and mediation, throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Jeff is a 1998 graduate of Emory Law School, and a 1990 graduate of the University of Michigan. Mr. Allen also obtained a General Course degree in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1989.

Judge Marc Pilgrim is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and has been practicing law for over twenty-eight years. He currently serves as a part time Probate Court Judge in Fulton County. His primary practice areas are criminal law, probate, estate planning, real estate and personal injury. During his extensive legal career, he has fought for the rights of his clients in front of Judges throughout the state, including the Supreme Court of Georgia. His diverse legal background allows him to identify defenses and legal strategies which gives his clients the edge during trials and in negotiations with prosecutors. As a trail attorney, Marc used his teaching gifts for making complex legal concepts easy to understand for his clients and for the courts. As a professor, Marc taught civil procedure, property law, business law and paralegal studies in the traditional setting at Morris Brown College. In addition, he taught an accelerated paralegal studies program at the University of Georgia's Gwinnett Campus, training the next generation of paralegals with practical and textbook knowledge of the legal profession. Marc's ability to simplify concepts is of great benefit to his real estate practice where new buyers often have questions about the process and the documents they are signing. Marc and his wife April are active members of North Avenue Presbyterian Church in downtown Atlanta where Marc serves as an ordained Deacon. Marc's wife is also a real estate broker and when not selling real estate, she assists him in his real estate closing practice. Mr. Faulkner is an experienced counselor with 19 years of experience, having held bar licenses in four states (Mo, Il, Ct and Ga). He has litigated in state and federal courts with much success. He has also appeared in the Court of Appeal in both Missouri and Illinois. Through is efforts, he has achieved significant results for his clients, including a settlement worth $39 million dollars for the residents of Hartford, Illinois. Mr. Faulkner uses this experience and focuses his skills in the pursuit of assisting individuals in probate (trust and estate) matters, guardianships and conservatorships, estate planning, business disputes and contract disputes. He is tireless in serving the needs of his clients. As a Georgia attorney, Stan manages an active case load and focuses on helping clients achieve their goals through estate planning, business counseling and probate advice. Stan is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and has practiced law in Missouri, Illinois, Connecticut and Georgia. He started his practice in St. Louis and southern Illinois where he helped clients resolve difficult problems in probate, personal injury, business and contractual disputes and environmental law. Outside of the office, you can find Stan spending time with his lovely wife, twin daughters and young son, involved in various activities from cheerleading to baseball. In his free time, Stan stays active in the Crossfit community competing in local and regional events. Stan is also an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan and enjoys watching and attending college football games in the fall.
