Maikel N. Eskander is the principal and owner of Capital Partners Law, a full-service business and real estate firm with offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton. The firm handles a wide variety of commercial, real estate, and business litigation matters, including representation of small and mid-sized businesses, investors, developers, and owners. Born in New York, New York, Neale was raised on Miami Beach and as of November, 2009 Neale will have practiced law in the state of Florida continuously for forty (40) years.  He is AU rate by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating.He specializes in complex commercial litigation and appeals both Federal and State, primarily for financial institutions.  He has represented banks, thrifts, real estate entities, private and public companies, investors and REIT's for years (once having served as General Counsel for Diversified Mortgage Investors, an REIT whose shares were traded on the New York Stock Exchange in the 1970's and 80's.)  He also handles the defense of professional malpractice matters.  He is likewise skilled in loan documentation and corporate commercial and real estate work outs.In 1987, Neale achieved what was then regarded as the fourth or fifth largest jury verdict in the history of Knox County Tennessee in a legal malpractice case where he represented a plaintiff who was a principle of a coal brokerage company.  The verdict was rendered by a twelve (12) person jury in Knoxville, Tennessee, and was for $2.8 million dollars.Neale is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Civil Mediator, is on the panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association, and has served on several arbitration panels of the National Association of Security Dealers (now known as "FINRA") as a NASD arbitrator.Before joining this firm as a partner, Neale was a name partner in a law firm which was general counsel for BankUnited FSB, the largest Florida based bank.

Michael A. Fischler is the senior partner of Fischler & Friedman, P.A. Mr. Fischler was born in New York and has been a resident of Broward County Florida since 1966. Mr. Fischler currently serves as President of the Broward County Bar Association. He graduated from Jacksonville University in 1975, where he double majored in Business and Psychology and minored in Accounting. Thereafter, Mr. Fischler attended both law school and business school at Nova Southeastern University where he graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 1978. Mr. Fischler began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Broward County State Attorney's Office. After three years, Mr. Fischler was promoted to be in ASA in charge of the Economic Crime, Consumer Fraud, and Civil Division. After leaving the State Attorney's Office in 1984, he entered into private practice as an associate with a mid-sized law firm, concentrating in the areas of commercial and civil litigation. In 1992, he joined his practice with Howard S. Friedman, Esq. and formed Fischler & Friedman, P.A. Mr. Fischler's business education, combined with his more than thirty-five years of legal experience, provides him with a unique insight that allows him to comprehensively evaluate business and personal situations faced by his clients. Mr. Fischler focuses primarily on business and commercial transaction litigation and has experience representing businesses and individuals in a variety of different types of claims including breach of contract, fraud, negligence, and breach of fiduciary duty. He has effectively handled numerous matters involving shareholder disputes, business dissolution, non-compete clauses, and matters involving complex accounting. In addition to business and corporate law, Mr. Fischler also handles estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate matters.
