Alan Cilman is a practicing lawyer in the state of Virginia.

We know that all people make mistakes. We look at our job as to try to help our clients minimize the impact of these errors upon there lives. Alex Gordon has more than 23 years of trial experience. During his career he has represented more than 4,500 clients charged with serious felonies and misdemeanors in Northern Virginia. Alex is a member of the Virginia Bar and the State Bars of Florida and Georgia. He is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Alex has also served the public as both an Assistant County Attorney in Florida and as a Senior Assistant Public Defender in Fairfax, Virginia. Mr. Gordon earned a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia in 1991 and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1994.

Alexander Laufer joined the firm in 1994. His practice is concentrated in civil litigation and real estate transactions, providing services in the areas of personal injury law, medical malpractice, construction law and employment law. Mr. Laufer grew up in Montreal, Canada but also lived and attended school in Jerusalem and Johannesburg, South Africa. He speaks four languages, English, French, Hungarian and Hebrew. Mr. Laufer graduated (cum laude) in 1972 from Loyola College and with High Honors from the University of Florida School of Law in 1976. Mr. Laufer has been an adjunct professor at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida and more recently at the Marymount University School of Business. He is a member of both the Virginia and Florida bars and is a Commissioner in Chancery in Fairfax County. Mr. Laufer has over 35 years of experience in complex litigation in both state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court and has handled thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions. In recent years Mr. Laufer has litigated numerous cases involving noncompliance by residential builders with the federal Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act. In addition, Mr. Laufer has become a member of the Vaccine Injury Program Bar and the Federal Court of Claims Bar Association and is assisting families with members injured by vaccines, in obtaining compensation pursuant to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, a federal program whichimmunizes (pun intended) pharmaceutical companies from suit, but substitutes a fund as an alternative. This is a relatively obscure and poorly understood program which, however, represents the only real recourse for those suffering injury from vaccines listed on the Vaccine Injury Table.

Allysa Fredrika Woods is a practicing lawyer in the state of Virginia handling business matters.

Founding attorney Anne K. Baldridge has rich experience in public health, law and international development. She also started and ran a successful health start up. Bernard Crane graduated from George Washington University with a triple major in Criminal Justice, Sociology and Dramatic Art. He earned his JD degree from The Catholic University's Columbus School of Law, in Washington, DC. David Hagan is an associate at Wade, Grimes, Friedman, Meinken & Leischner, PLLC, practicing both family law and criminal defense. As a family law attorney, Mr. Hagan handles all aspects of domestic relations cases, such as divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, settlement agreements, property rights, post-divorce disputes, and close relative and step-parent adoptions. He handles misdemeanor criminal defense, including traffic and DUI cases, and assists the partners with felony cases. Prior to joining Wade, Grimes, Friedman, Meinken & Leischner, PLLC, Mr. Hagan was a paralegal for a small family law firm for several years.
