Mr. Katz has represented numerous plaintiffs and defendants in all types of employment, criminal, commercial, and computer law cases. These include actions brought under Title VII race, sex, national origin, religious, and color discrimination claims, 42 U.S .C. §1981, 42 U.S.C 1983 (claims brought under the 1st, 4th, 5th and 14th Amendments to the United States Constitution), Computer Fraud & Abuse Act, trade secrets statutes, the ADEA, the ADA; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Equal Pay Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, ERISA, Family Medical Leave Act of 1993, The False Claims Act, and common law theories.
