What are the top legal services your firm provides?
My firm handles family law, real estate disputes and litigation, DUI and criminal cases in state and federal court, defamation, discrimination and harassment cases.
What is your approach or philosophy when representing a client?
My approach to client representation is to view my client as my partner in the case, invested in the outcome, and a participant in each step we take.
How do you keep current on new information pertaining to your specialty?
I keep myself up to date on the changing laws and cases in each field by my membership in lawyer organizations and by monthly educational seminars. I also give talks and presentations to groups on different topics of current interest.
Hourly rate - $250 - $350, with $1000 retainer standard. Flat fees - $1,000 - $5,000 depending on complexity of matter. Contingency fee/flat fee combination on some matters. We also offer payment plans on some cases.
