We have been solving problems for individuals, families and businesses since 1996. We represent individuals and businesses in disputes and negotiation with the IRS and state taxing authorities, and in Federal and tax courts in civil and criminal tax litigation. We defend those accused of DUI and crimes in state or federal court. We pursue justice for individuals and small business in Federal employment litigation, sexual harassment, discrimination, and defamation cases.
We offer free consultations, we don't charge for travel time, and we even make house calls if you need us to. How can we help you?
What are the top legal services your firm provides?
My firm handles tax disputes and litigation, DUI and criminal cases in state and federal court, defamation, discrimination and harassment cases.
What is your approach or philosophy when representing a client?
My approach to client representation is to view my client as my partner in the case, invested in the outcome, and a participant in each step we take.
How do you keep current on new information pertaining to your specialty?
I keep myself up to date on the changing laws and cases in each field by my membership in lawyer organizations and by monthly educational seminars. I also give talks and presentations to groups on different topics of current interest.
