About Stephen
Stephen R. (Dick) McCalla is a partner in the firm. He represents clients in the fields of commercial and personal injury litigation, oil and gas, insurance defense, estate planning, probate and agricultural law.
Mr. McCalla received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1972 in business with an emphasis in accounting. He received his law degree for the University of Oklahoma in 1990.
Mr. McCalla joined the firm in 1990 working in the areas of litigation, estate planning and probate. His practice has since expanded to cover practice areas in the fields of agricultural and oil and gas law, where he serves both corporate and individual clients. He has extensive litigation and trial experience.
Mr. McCalla is licensed to practice law before all state courts in Oklahoma and the Western, Northern and Eastern United States District Courts for Oklahoma. He is a member of the American and Grady County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and Oklahoma Association of Defense Council.
