I have concentrated my law practice in real property, especially landlord-tenant law, since 1982. Our firm represents landlords and tenants and is (commercial and residential) for plaintiffs and defendants. We represent individuals and Fortune 500 corporations throughout California. We appear in wrongful eviction suits for plaintiffs and defendants. We argue before local rent boards. We arbitrate, negotiate, mediate and litigate in all areas of this field. We provide pro bono services on a regular basis. I also testify as an expert in this field, and am hired as a private mediator. I have been rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.
