Mr. Levine is lead attorney in the criminal defense department at Milavetz, Gallop & Milavetz, P.A. In tha capacity, Mr. Levine represents clients who are charged in state court with any type of crime, which includes midemeanors, gross misdemeanors and felonies. Mr. Levine's representation of clients in these cases is on a flat fee basis. Mr. Levine has represented clients throughout the State of Minnesota.
In addtition, Mr. Levine works in the firm's workers' compensation and bankruptcy departments. Mr. Levine represents injured workers thoughout the state. These cases involve litigation involving multiple injuries, mutliple employees and injuries to all body parts. We are involved in a variety of cases dealing with issues tht concern the past, the present and the future of workers' compensation benefits.
The representation we provide on workers compensation cases is on a contingent fee basis so we do not receive a fee unless we recover benefits on behalf of the injured worker.
