Mr. Hoffberg was a 1967 graduate of Cal State Northridge, and received his JD from the University of San Fernando valley College of Law (La Verne) in 1971. Mr. Hoffberg is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association. He is also a member of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association, and is a past president and a co-founder of the Central Coast Applicants' Attorneys Association.
