Mr. Steven James Forry, Shareholder

Mr. Forry is an associate in the Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice in the defense of professional malpractice claims, handling both trial and appellate matters for physicians, hospitals and professional liability insurance carriers.

Mr. Forry has extensive experience handling both trial and appellate matters in high exposure and profile cases for physicians, hospitals, professional liability insurance carriers, general liability insurance carriers and automobile insurance carriers.

He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and West Virginia.  Mr. Forry has had primary responsibility for jury and non-jury trials in both state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions.  In 2006, Mr. Forry was named in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" attorney by Law & Politics magazine. 

Mr. Forry received his B.A. in 1991 from The Pennsylvania State University, and his J.D. in 1994 from Ohio Northern University.  Mr. Forry is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, The Second and Third Judicial Departments in New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
