Steven L. Brooks, Private Law Practice

Steven L. Brooks is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group, practicing from the firm's Rogers office.  He represents clients across the state in structuring acquisitions and dispositions of privately held companies and related capital formation, in commercial transactions including syndicated real estate, in commercial lending and restructuring, and in taxation of business enterprises.  Steven's practice is concentrated on captial formation in connection with private offerings of securities and related tax matters, complex commercial lending transactions, corporate, subchapter S and partnership taxation, IRS audit protests, and planning for start-up companies.
