I am passionate about helping people using personalized, proactive, and holistic approach in the resolution of their criminal legal issues. My goal is to minimize any future repercussions and keep you out of the revolving door of the criminal justice system.
I own a small boutique criminal defense firm, who values individualized, attentive care. You are not a case, you are not just a number.
As a former prosecutor and deputy public defender, then as an associate working for two prominent firms specializing in DUI's, I have represented thousands of felony and misdemeanor clients in jury trials, bench trials, preliminary hearings, and motions; including serious DUI's involving murder and great bodily injuries. I have also represented clients with severe mental health issues in both criminal cases and conservatorship proceedings.
Most, high volume criminal defense firms don’t have the time to effectively address the client’s individual needs. In my own practice I seek to address the needs of the whole person, taking into considerations their future, job consequences, any licensing issues, or if they have any underlying issues such as mental health or substance abuse, so they can be freed from the criminal justice system for good.
