The firm provides experienced, efficient, and cost-effective legal services to institutional as well as small and mid-sized corporate clients and individuals.

The firm services real estate clients, landlords and tenants disputes, commercial disputes (especially representing restaurants, start-up companies; crowd-funding projects, Reg A. offerings, and all bankruptcy services (chap. 7; 13; 11) and many other representations.

The Synergy between our corporate group, Intellectual Property/Patent group, our Real Estate team and the litigation department allows us to ensure that we not only enhance value, but also the quality of services our clients receive.

We offer a Flat Fee billing system. This system lowers overall costs, fosters increased accountability, avoids issues associated with large firm hourly billing rates, and provides our clients with a simple means of monitoring legal costs. We pride ourselves on being able to prepare for the unexpected, thereby saving our clients both time and money. Our goal is to establish and strengthen long-term client relationships by serving our clients responsibly, expertly, efficiently, and at a predictable and reasonable cost.
