About Sunshine

Sunshine focuses her practice on the defense of insureds and self-insured in matters of professional liability and employment law. She has handled claims based on a variety of employment-related claims including Title VII, PHRA, Section 1983, and Section 1981. She has also handled related claims such as emotional distress and violation of constitutional rights.

In 2002, Sunshine graduated from Franklin & Marshall College earning her B.A. Degree in Government. Subsequently, she attended the Dickinson School of Law and earned her J.D. in 2005. Following law school, Sunshine was a law clerk for President Judge John R. Walker, 39th Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.

Sunshine joined the firm's Harrisburg office in 2008. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
