About Taryn
Taryn practices family, estate planning, and immigration law, with special emphasis on divorce and wills. Prior to co-founding Deljo & Mitchell LLLP, Taryn worked for two Am Law 100 law firms in Washington, D.C. as a corporate transactions and commercial real estate attorney. Taryn has counseled clients in matters such as the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial properties, hotel franchising, commercial lending and debt restructuring, corporate governance, and asset management. Taryn also worked with pro-bono clients who needed assistance with family court hearings and landlord/tenant disputes.
A native of the DMV area, Taryn grew up in Columbia, MD and attended the University of Maryland at College Park where she pursued a lifelong interest in the performing arts as a dance major. After a six-year career as a special events planner for arts organizations and consulting firms, Taryn embarked on her legal career at Howard University School of Law. Taryn now happily resides in Silver Spring, MD.
