Tim Coode is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee. He graduated from Texas Christian University, earning his B.A. in History in 1981. He then attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where he received his JD/MBA degree in 1986. In 1987, he was admitted to practice law in the state of Tennessee. He has also been admitted in the federal District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. Bill Pemerton earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University in 2000 and was awarded his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 2005. Bill grew up in Smithville, Tennessee and graduated DeKalb County High School before attending college at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro. Bill went on to law school at the University of Memphis School of Law, where he graduated President of the student body. After graduation, Bill learned to practice law while working with well-respected lawyers in Lebanon, Tennessee. Soon thereafter, he went out on his own and founded Bill Easterly & Associates in Nashville. Bill met Elizabeth Mann in 1994 and they were married a year later. They have two sons, George, a senior at Griffith University in Gold Coast, Australia, and Jack, a high school senior at Currey Ingram Academy. Bill has been involved in youth sports programs for many years. He recently retired from coaching baseball, and now serves on the Board of Directors for The West Nashville Sports League (WNSL).
