Mr. Levy has been practicing law for more than thirty years. He received his law degree from the University of Tennessee where he was a member of the Tennessee Law Review. Mr. Levy also graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Marketing and was chosen as the most outstanding senior major in Marketing. Mr. Levy is married and the father of two daughters. His community activities include serving as a founding board member of the Dream Connection, Inc., an organization that helps fulfill dreams” of children who have life-threatening illnesses. Since its foundation in 1985, the Dream Connection has fulfilled the dreams of hundreds of children in East Tennessee. Mr. Levy has previously served as president and treasurer of the Dream Connection. He currently serves as a co-treasurer. He also has served two terms as president of Fox Den Country Club. He is a member of the Farragut Rotary Club and a multiple Paul Harris Fellow. For many years, Mr. Levy served as the chairman of the Rotary Foundation Committee for his local club. Mr. Levy has been a licensed pilot since 1976 and has handled several aviation litigation cases. Mr. Levy has served as a volunteer ombudsman for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). In that role, Mr. Levy assisted Guard and Reserve members to ensure that they were treated fairly by their employers when their military obligations interfered with their civil employment. In order to become an ombudsman, it is necessary for an attorney to attend classes sponsored by the National Committee for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

A second generation attorney, Ben returned home to his native Lawrence County in April 1986 to practice law with his father, William E. Boston (1926–2000). Bill Pemerton earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University in 2000 and was awarded his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 2005. Upon graduation from Cumberland, he was honored with a Certificate of Trial Advocacy and has since maintained a substantial litigation practice in both Tennessee and Alabama. His practice includes personal injury, family law, and general litigation. He was recently listed as a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 general civil and family mediator.

Sam Blink is the Founder and Managing Member of Midtown Legal. He is a member in Midtown's Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Corporate and Business Transactions Practice Groups. Sam defends businesses and their owners, directors and officers in governmental investigations and related enforcement actions. He preserves his clients’ reputations and resources while representing them through all stages of disputes, from pre-litigation investigations through administrative proceedings, trial and appeal. Sam focuses this part of his practice on environmental, consumer protection and securities investigations. He also has extensive experience representing contractors in construction disputes in court and arbitration. He both defends contractors in mostly construction defect cases and pursues collection efforts on behalf of his contractor clients. Sam also regularly represents businesses in contract litigation and business owners in corporate and partnership disputes. Sam routinely guides companies in various corporate and commercial transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, capital raises and corporate governance matters. He represents businesses in connection with complex contract negotiations, including SaaS agreements, complex commercial real estate agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, independent contractor and employment agreements, and technology agreements. Sam is a business owner, being the founder of Midtown Legal and is the owner and partner of multiple other business ventures. When Sam is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He enjoys golfing and watching all sports. He is an avid traveler, reader, hiker and a less avid fisherman and carpenter.

Civil litigation is the focus of Bob Burns' practice. Since beginning his legal career with the firm in 1992, Mr. Burns has defended a wide variety of professional liability, civil rights and municipal liability claims. In his professional liability practice, he has successfully defended physicians, nurses, dentists and health care entities in personal injury and wrongful death suits. He also has successfully represented a number of municipalities, municipal employees and elected officials across Tennessee on claims alleging theories of civil rights violations, discrimination, harassment and negligence. Mr. Burns earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee in 1992. At the University of Tennessee College of Law, he was a member of the UT College of Law national trial team. He graduated from the University of Tennessee-Martin with a. B. S. in Business Administration with honors in 1985. While in college, the Japanese Ministry of Education awarded Mr. Burns a scholarship to study abroad. He spent his junior year living in Hirosaki, Japan studying at Hirosaki University.
