About Terence
Terence Sean McGraw is an experienced workers' compensation, social security, and employee disability benefit attorney who has handled cases throughout Pennsylvania. A leader in the field of injury and disability law, Mr. McGraw routinely gives presentations and teaches other lawyers, injured workers, insurance professionals and medical professionals about these constantly changing areas of law. He routinely receives referrals and calls from colleagues seeking guidance or advice in these areas, especially when confronted with difficult questions caused by the inter-relationship of the laws governing these claims. He has also been asked by his clients to represent them in personal injury claims and unemployment compensation claims. He routinely advises his clients with regard to the Americans with Disabilities Act, disability discrimination laws, the Family Medical Leave Act and various other employee rights.
Mr. McGraw believes that his primary job as a lawyer is to teach his client about the client's legal matters. Thus informed, the client can make intelligent decisions about how to pursue his claim. Mr. McGraw then pursues the client's instructions diligently and zealously. In short, he tries to practice the "golden rule", to treat his clients like he would want a lawyer to treat him.
