Terrance brings more than two decades of legal experience to Karen Ann Ulmer, P.C., and focuses his practice on all aspects of family law. He previously represented clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania at his own firm, The Annese Law Firm, P.C., for nearly a decade leading up to the Covid-19 outbreak.
A 1996 graduate of The Catholic University of America – Columbus School of Law, Terrance served as a New Jersey Superior Court law clerk to the Honorable Thomas DeMartin, P.J. Criminal Part, before spending nine years as a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety.
Mr. Annese is a member of the Burlington, Camden and Ocean County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey (1997) and Pennsylvania (2011).
Terrance was raised in Passaic County, New Jersey, and has lived in Southern New Jersey (Burlington County) for the past 25 years. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University – Newark College of Arts & Sciences.
In his spare time, Terrance enjoys spending time with his dogs, and is a licensed thoroughbred horse racing owner in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. He is an avid fan of competitive sports including baseball, hockey and football. Prior to practicing law, Terrance was a semi-pro baseball player. He also ran his own mens’ baseball team for more than two decades.
