About Terrence
When asked why he became a lawyer, Terry responds that, as a child, whenever someone had a problem or issue, he overheard adults saying “You’d better get a lawyer” or “You’d better call an attorney.” At the time, it seemed to him that it was the lawyer that had all the answers. Even as a kid, Terry wanted to be the one with all the answers. Of course, he now knows that lawyers don’t have all the answers, but being the person who knows where to find them has always appealed to him.
Thanks to a degree in finance, Terry brings something to the table that other attorneys may not—an understanding of the business side of law. This knowledge has proven to be useful in his transactional practice at Franks Gerkin McKenna. He prides himself on being a problem solver and obtaining the best outcome for his clients. He is especially gratified when the clients come back to him to represent them for their next transaction.
