About Terry
Terry Barchenko is a member of the real estate and commercial lending practice at Kaufman, Bern, Deutsch & Leibman LLP. Ms. Barchenko specializes in transactional work and her practice consists mainly of representing financial institutions throughout New Jersey in the negotiation and drafting of commercial loan documents and mortgage financing agreements. Ms. Barchenko also represents clients in a wide range of commercial leasing matters, acquisitions and sales of commercial and residential properties and securities law matters.
Prior to joining Kaufman, Bern, Deutsch & Leibman, LLP, Ms. Barchenko was an associate at Sherman & Sterling in New York. Ms. Barchenko attended Cornell University from 1977-1979 and received her B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University, cum laude in 1982.
