About Terry
Terry J. Kent is a 2002 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he concentrated on land use and environmental law. In 2002, Mr. Kent received the first LRAP grant issued by the University for his commitment to public service. Before attending law school, Mr. Kent attended the University of Minnesota where he earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Scientific and Technical Communications, with emphases in geology and natural resources.
Prior to serving clients in California, Mr. Kent practiced in Wisconsin, litigating in state and federal courts. Mr. Kent has led and won several trials, concerning business, bankruptcy, employment, criminal and administrative law.
Mr. Kent practices in the areas of Business and Commercial Law, including Business Transactions, Insurance Law, Appellate Practice, Land Use/Zoning Law and Civil Litigation. Mr. Kent is admitted to practice in all California State Courts.
