Adair Buckner was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. She attended both undergraduate and law school at Texas Tech, and her blood runs red and black. Her husband’s grandmother was the very first graduate of Texas Tech. Her children were the 56th & 57th members of her husband’s family to attend Tech. Adair majored in business management as an undergraduate, finishing with honors. She immediately began law school and graduated with highest honors. While in law school, Adair was the Comments Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif (the top 10% of the class). When she finished law school in 1976, Adair moved back to Amarillo to begin her law practice. She has been in law firms, large and small, during her practice and is now a sole practitioner. Adair has been actively involved in the Amarillo Area Bar Association and Amarillo Area Bar Foundation, having served on the boards and as president of both groups. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas Real Estate, and Estate Planning, and Probate, and the Labor and Employment Law sections. She has been board certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1996. She practices management-side only in employment law.

I am licensed to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the State of Texas, both the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas Federal Courts. I have represented well over 10,000 bankruptcies since 2003. I have worked out over 5000 IRS tax problems since 2003. I have also represented clients with loan modifications on their homes as well as deed's in lieu of foreclosure, short sales, and the rescinding of foreclosures. There are many alternatives to bankruptcy which my law firm has dealt with as well including credit card problem negotiation, offer-in-compromise and tax installment agreement. My goal is to make my law firm the industry standard in these areas of the law. If I can assist as many people as possible to reach their goals of financial freedom through representation and education I will feel as though I have accomplished something in my life. Harvey L. Cox has been practicing law in Texas since 1990 and has extensive experience working with families and businesses. He limits his practice to estate planning and asset protection planning. Harvey earned two Bachelor’s degrees, one from Dallas Bible College in 1983 and the other from Criswell College in 1987. Between those two degrees, Harvey did work on a Master’s of Theology degree at Dallas Theological Seminary. He left Dallas Seminary in 1987 to pursue a career in law, graduating from the University of Houston Law Center in 1989. (Yes, there is a story there but it’s way too long for this space so feel free to ask Harvey about it when you’re in the office or have him on the phone.) Harvey did return to his theological studies, completing a Master’s of Theology degree in December 2018 at Campbellsville University School of Theology. Harvey is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Bar College, and the Waco-McLennan County Bar Association. He is a recipient of the 2019 Martindale Hubbell “Distinguished” Peer Review Rating for High Professional Achievement. Harvey believes there is an incredible amount of misinformation, half-truths, and estate planning myths masquerading as truth. He battles against incorrect information daily. That’s why he devotes a significant amount of time conducting seminars in local churches, senior citizen centers, and in his office to educate Seniors on Texas Estate Planning issues. When Harvey is not in the office helping clients or teach Senior seminars, he teaches Business Law at McLennan Community College (MCC) in Waco, Texas. MCC also offers an extensive selection of Continuing Education classes to the public each semester. Harvey and his Senior Legal Assistant, Gary Hill, teach a six-hour Estate Planning and Asset Protection Planning Class for Seniors as part of the Continuing Education Program. Louis Cole attended Baylor University and graduated from the Baylor School of Law. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. During the course of his legal career, in addition to his many years in the private practice of law, he has been a member of the legal staff of a large corporation and also served as general counsel for another publicly traded company, as well as a corporation which was privately held. Additionally, Mr. Cole has represented clients in many facets of the commercial real estate business, including multi-family, retail, hotel and office development, financing, structuring business entities, negotiation and drafting of leases and other real estate related documents, acquisition and disposition of real estate, closing complex real estate transactions and even represented real estate clients in business related litigation. Business law and representing companies with respect to their legal needs is also one of the main focuses of his practice. He has represented many diverse types of businesses, including healthcare, high tech, manufacturing, service and financial. His comprehension of client needs, as well as the legal implications inherent in related transactions, coupled with a broad legal background and significant experience, enable him to engage an aggressive negotiation style in an effort to provide the best results for his clients.
