Born just south of Dallas, and true to his Texas roots, Andrew M. Lloyd fights proudly for families and justice. He exemplifies the attitude contained in the phrase – Don’t mess with Texas! He doesn’t let people mess with his clients, either. Big government and belligerent litigators threaten his clients’ lives, so he defends them. He’s a negotiator by birth and an attorney by trade, whose ultimate prowess and skill lie in the courtroom. He’s tenacious, witty, intelligent, and scrappy. With a nickname like “Texas Spanker,” what else would you expect? A former prosecutor and Texas Super Lawyer 7 years in a row, he’s been handling criminal and family law cases in front of Judges and juries for a decade and a half with finesse and charisma that leaves people in awe. He can change the pace of a case quickly, understanding the underpinnings of the justice system and the inner workings of a case file. He’s real. He’s personal. And he’s a fighter. He’s the former Vice President of the Denton County Bar Association, former Vice President of the Denton County Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association, and 7-time Master of Ceremonies for the annual Denton County Bench Bar Conference, where all the local Judges and lawyers spend time learning the law. He’s been a guest speaker several times over the years at these and other legal conferences. Outside of the courtroom, Andrew is the ultimate family man and churchgoer. He’s a father of four awesome children and husband to his beautiful Inga. He enjoys cycling, running, and racquetball and has competed in many triathlons. He’s also a martial artist, having studied and practiced the craft of Wing Tsun Kung Fu, Latosa Escrima, Karate, and American Taekwondo, for almost two decades.

Tracy McNeill Pullan graduated from the University of Texas, Austin in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Following her experiences working and traveling abroad, she made a life-changing decision to continue her family's long-standing tradition of becoming a lawyer. Tracy attended the University of Houston Law Center, where she felt a strong calling to public service, much like her great grandfather Frank B. Potter, who served as the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas. Tracy joined the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office as an Assistant District Attorney (ADA). During her time as an ADA, Tracy gained valuable insights into the inner workings of the Montgomery County criminal justice system, serving in various divisions such as Justice of the Peace, Misdemeanor, and Felony. She eventually became the Chief of the Misdemeanor Division, where she managed and trained prosecutors in their respective courts, with a specific focus on Driving While Intoxicated cases. Tracy also worked closely with law enforcement, providing training in the field. As a Prosecutor, Tracy handled more than 50 trials, ranging from Capital Murder to Class C Misdemeanors. In addition, she reviewed and investigated numerous cases on behalf of the State of Texas. After six years of dedicated service, Tracy left the office with the title of Division Chief. Today, Tracy is a founding partner of Pullan & Young, P.L.L.C., where she defends clients facing a wide range of criminal offenses, including DWIs and Aggravated Assaults. She is committed to protecting falsely accused individuals from being wrongly registered as sex offenders, and she tirelessly fights to ensure that young clients are not burdened with a permanent criminal record. Regardless of the type of case, Tracy vigorously defends her clients, drawing on her training and experience as a Prosecutor and leveraging her strong relationships with Judges and Prosecutors. Tracy's accomplishments as an attorney are a testament to her strong work ethic, her ability to simplify complex issues, and her unwavering belief in justice. In recognition of her exceptional skills, she was honored as a Top Criminal Law Attorney for 2013 by Houstonia Magazine.
