Braden Bennett, the Firm’s principal attorney, has been practicing construction litigation since 2009. He studied at the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review. Mr. Bennett graduated with honors from the University Southern California in 2004. He enjoys travel, fishing, fitness, and Trojan football.

Ross served on active duty in the Air Force Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps for five assignments, attaining the rank of Major. For his first three assignments, Ross was at offices in South Carolina, Alaska, and Colorado, where he worked as a prosecutor and also provided general legal support to base personnel. Ross then served two assignments as a defense lawyer, representing Air Force members who had been accused of wrongdoing. In total, Ross tried 38 courts-martial while on active duty, 18 of which were in front of juries. After Honorably separating from active duty, Ross worked full-time as an investigator—first with a state agency, followed by a state university. His investigations pertained primarily to civil rights, employment discrimination, and other matters that were frequently the subject of federal civil litigation. Missing the courtroom dearly, Ross then brought his unique experiences (and passion for trial) to Cronauer Law’s Texas office. Since joining Cronauer Law, Ross has helped the firm secure multiple six- and seven-figure jury verdicts and settlements.

Constance Wannamaker, attorney and founder, advocates for the legal rights of immigrants and runs ultramarathons. Fluent in Spanish, she joined VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) to assist migrants and refugees. She studied at Oxford University, working in the Immigration Law Clinic. After graduating from the University of Maryland Law School in 1999, she began her career fighting for the rights of immigrants across the nation.
