About Theodore
Theodore Mack is a third generation Fort Worth lawyer, who believes that one can still maintain both litigation and transactional practices. As a litigator, he has been lead attorney in numerous reported cases ranging from antitrust to zoning. Over the years he has handled a wide variety of substantial real property, oil and gas, lending, and commercial transactions. He has successfully resolved multi-million dollar disputes as a mediator and as an arbitrator. For 20 years he served as an officer and director of the largest independent farm equipment distributor in the Southwest while maintaining his full-time law practice.
