About Therese
Therese M. Hough's practice focuses on complex commercial and insurance defense litigation before federal and state trial and appellate courts in both New York and New Jersey, on behalf of insurance carriers and corporations. Ms. Hough has specific expertise in construction defect litigation and environmental insurance negotiations, as well as land use, zoning and real estate matters. Ms. Hough was associated for over ten (10) years with two large regional firms in New York City, before pursuing her practice in New Jersey in the environmental practice department of Knox, Naughton, Kott, Fraser & krauss and as substitute planning Board attorney for Borough of West Paterson.
Ms. Hough is a resident of Chatham Township, New Jersey. She is currently the Vice Chairman of the Chatham Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and is involved in a variety of community affairs in that municipality.
