About Thomas
Attorney Tom Csider focuses his practice exclusively on criminal defense and DUI defense work. He represents individuals charged with felony, misdemeanor, and DUI offenses throughout the State of Georgia.
Mr. Csider has been practicing law in Georgia for almost 15 years. He is a graduate of Emory University's School of Law, where he was recognized for his outstanding courtroom advocacy and legal writing. Through the course of his career, Mr. Csider has tried over 50 jury trials and has handled hundreds of criminal and DUI cases.
Mr. Csider is the former Chief Assistant Solicitor-General for DeKalb County and a former Assistant District Attorney. As an Assistant Solicitor, he was responsible for prosecuting DUIs and misdemeanor criminal offenses. As an Assistant District Attorney, he was responsible for more complex felony cases, ranging from drug and theft case to domestic crimes and white collar offenses. His wealth of courtroom knowledge and expertise, developed through over a decade of trying cases in Georgia's State and Superior Courts, has made him a seasoned and formidable criminal defense attorney, and his years as a prosecutor now serve him well in defending his clients against felony, misdemeanor and DUI charges.
