About Thomas
Tom Farrier maintains a business litigation practice. He has experience in a variety of commercial litigation and arbitration matters, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving banking and real estate, construction, contracts, insurance and excess insurance, oil and gas, premises liability, securities and shareholder disputes, and unfair competition. Mr. Farrier has personally tried as lead counsel numerous litigation matters over the last 15 years, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations in disputes ranging in size and complexity from one to two day bench trials involving less than $100,000 to multi-month commercial jury trials involving amounts exceeding $10 million. Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Farrier worked for three years in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Farrier worked for Haynes and Boone in Fort Worth before he joined Murphy Mahon Keffler & Farrier in 1992. Mr. Farrier is board certified in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
