About Thomas
Tom Huster is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (cum laude 1967); he received a degree of Master of Laws (in Taxation) from New York University School of Law in 1970; he practiced in New York City for several years, and has been a member of the California State Bar since 1972.
Tom's office is located at 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 1670. His practice is primarily devoted to real estate, business and estate planning, trust and probate matters; and includes litigation of issues in those areas such as business fraud, will contests, elder abuse and real estate disputes.
Tom received an Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service Award from the Bar Association of San Francisco for the year 1998 and again in 2004. He also received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California in 1999.
