About Thomas
Upon graduation from the Dickinson School of Law, Mr. Profy IV served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable George T. Kelton, Judge, Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. In 1987, he joined the firm of Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP, as an Associate and has been a Partner of the firm since 1995.
Mr. Profy earned a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation from Temple University School of Law in 1992. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, commercial litigation, estate administration and Orphan's Court litigation. He currently serves as Solicitor to the Bucks County Treasurer's Office and has previously served as Special Counsel to the Borough of Morrisville School District in the revocation of Einstein Academy Charter School's Charter.
Mr. Profy has significant litigation experience in the Court of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania. He has obtained a judgement in excess of $1.5 million for his clients in a shareholder derivative action/breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit. He represents business entities such as Keystone Heritage Group, Marquis Construction Services, CWM Development Company, Inc., The Hub Motor Lodge, Inc., and Bristol Fuel and Building Supply Company, Inc.
