About Thomas
Thomas J. Monroe was born on May 23, 1970, in Jersey City, New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree (B.A. English) from Seton Hall University in 1996. Thomas earned his law degree from Seton Hall University in 2000. Upon Graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law, Thomas served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark A. Sullivan, Jr. J.S.C. in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Thomas was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2001.
Thomas served a tour of duty in the United State Marine Corps from 1988 through 1992. Thomas attained the rank of Corporal and received the Navy Achievement Medal for professional achievement.
