Meredythe is a fourth generation Austinite. She comes from a local insurance family going back three generations. Originally, her paternal grandfather was a well-known independent adjuster in the Austin area. Presently, her parents run their own, separate insurance agencies in the area. You could say it’s in her blood. After graduating from SMU Law, Meredythe started her legal career in Dallas working for a boutique commercial litigation firm before deciding to move home to be close to her family. Once home, she spent a decade of her legal career working on the insurance defense side of personal injury litigation learning how big insurance works against you. After years as a partner in a statewide defense firm, she got tired of fighting insurance adjusters who were more concerned with their bottom line than compensating those who are truly injured. Meredythe’s practice focuses primarily on personal injury litigation with an emphasis in the areas of car accidents, commercial vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, premises liability, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death and survival claims, and catastrophic injury cases. Meredythe resides in Austin with her husband, Todd, and their adorable young son. When free time arises, she enjoys spending time at Austin’s various music venues, being outdoors, especially on the lake, trying out the ever evolving local fare, and spending time with her family.

Born and educated in Austin, Texas. Graduated from University of Texas undergraduate school in 1979 and from its law school in 1982. Licensed by the Texas Bar in 1983. I practiced with my father Bob Gibbins' law firm Gibbins, Winckler & Harvey from 1989 until the law firm ended in 2001. I resumed private practice as Law Office of Steve Gibbins focusing on personal injury and criminal law to the present. I am licensed to practice in every state and federal court in Texas and in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Alonzo grew up in south Austin and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. After working in real estate, for the Travis County Attorney's Office, and for the Texas Legislature, he has found his home as a personal injury attorney. Ross leads our Texas office. His practice consists of Plaintiff-focused civil litigation, including personal injury, civil rights, and employment discrimination. Ross is a trial lawyer with a passion for storytelling. He also formerly worked full-time as an investigator. His unique skill set enables him to dive into the facts of a case and hunt for the next key piece of evidence, which may turn out to be the difference at trial. Ross served on active duty in the Air Force Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps for five assignments, attaining the rank of Major. For his first three assignments, Ross was at offices in South Carolina, Alaska, and Colorado, where he worked as a prosecutor and also provided general legal support to base personnel. Ross then served two assignments as a defense lawyer, representing Air Force members who had been accused of wrongdoing. In total, Ross tried 38 courts-martial while on active duty, 18 of which were in front of juries. After Honorably separating from active duty, Ross worked full-time as an investigator—first with a state agency, followed by a state university. His investigations pertained primarily to civil rights, employment discrimination, and other matters that were frequently the subject of federal civil litigation. Missing the courtroom dearly, Ross then brought his unique experiences (and passion for trial) to Cronauer Law’s Texas office. Since joining Cronauer Law, Ross has helped the firm secure multiple six- and seven-figure jury verdicts and settlements.
