Our firm filed an Emergency Pick-up Order and the Judge awarded father custody of child and abated child support payments until further order of the court. An Orange County Family Law Case: Helped Mother set aside default entered against her and was able to settle her divorce with the cost of trial. She was awarded the marital home and alimony.
