While working as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, Tim regularly represented the United States of America before the United States District Court for the District of Utah in Grand Jury proceedings, suppression hearings, and jury trials. Additionally, Tim has extensive experience with Federal Firearms laws, including the Gun Control Act and The National Firearms Act.
Tim also consults with local firearms related businesses to ensure the businesses are compliant with all relevant local, State, National, and International laws, regulations, and treaties including, but not limited to, the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), the National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Tim earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2002.
