About Timothy
Tim concentrates much of his practice on toxic and mass torts matters. He also maintains a part of his practice representing defendants in a number of premises liability, motor vehicle, and bad faith matters. He has tried a number of cases to conclusion in Philadelphia. As well, Tim has handled many personal injury matters for a variety of clients.
Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Tim was an associate for four years at the firm of Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien and Courtney, where he maintained a practice similar to his current practice. Even before graduating from Law School at the Rutgers School of Law-Camden, Tim had begun litigating cases while working at the school's civil practice clinic, where he represented elderly and indigent clients during his third year of school.
Prior to attending law school, Tim attended James Madison University where he was a member of the school's cross country and track teams. Still an avid runner, Tim regularly competes in long distance races and has completed several marathons.
