Cases
Emergency Custody - Represented mom who temporarily relocated to Texas. Dad filed for emergency custody and was awarded temporary emergency custody. My firm argued there was no emergency and that mom is a fit and proper person to have legal and physical custody of minor children. Judge awarded custody to mom. Divorce - Represented wife who was separated from husband for twenty-two years. Was able to secure wife a six-figure settlement, despite being separated for twenty-two years. Business Law - Sent a cease and desist letter to a third party related to copyright infringement for one of our business clients, who has our firm on a retainer. The third party settled out of court. IRS Tax Resolution - Negotiated a reduced settlement with IRS (20% of taxes owed) for one of our business clients, who has our firm on a retainer.
